At Acumen Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
